The rate is based on single person. For two persons please enquire. Linen is not included, not all rooms pictured are available, and some furnishings may vary to the photographs. Images and artist impressions are indicative depictions for presentation purposes only, but may change at any time, and is subject to availability. All rooms are non-smoking.
The resident agreement you sign is governed by the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act. Please download, read and understand the Consumer Affairs Rooming House Residents Guide before signing a Resident Agreement.
