The building has a maximum occupancy. Only the Resident/s stated in the Residents Agreement may reside in the premises.
Yes, We have an accessible room which full provides for your own designated carpark, access from a car to the front door and to the room. As well as offering a custom room layout to suit, with wider passages and entrances, spacious private ensuite bathroom with larger shower, seat and handrails. Lower light switches, temperature controls and automated window blind controls.
Your rent must be paid on the due date in full and fortnightly in advance. We have a zero tolerance policy to rent arrears

Yes, your agreement will state the bond amount, but is generally equivalent to 28 days rent (4 weeks).
We have a zero tolerance policy to rent arrears. If you owe 7 days rent, you will be issued with a notice to vacate with a minimum notice period of 2 days.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises or within 4 metres of the building entrance, which includes the common area courtyard.
We have a cleaning schedule with regular cleaning. Cleaning is included for all the shared/common areas of the premises. But it is your responsibility for cleaning your own private room and associated private areas .
That's the convenience with our rooms. You have your own exclusive private room, offering your own private ensuite bathroom. Some rooms have outdoor private courtyards or balconies. You have a right to your privacy and our house rules have been designed to enforce this. You are not required to use any shared area, but you have the option of sharing common areas at your choice.
We endeavour to provide a happy & harmonious environment for everyone with clearly outlined house rules and inductions. The House rules have been created to ensure security, safety, privacy, peace and quiet for all residents & guests. All residents and guests must agree to abide by the House Rules and these House Rules are strictly enforced.

Once you have signed a Resident Agreement you will be asked to participate in an Induction program which is compulsory for all our residents. This Induction program will explain what's included, and what's expected when you rent with us.
